Any person who is a member of the Secretariat Services shall be eligible for admission as a member (A class) but no person can claim admission as a matter of right.

The associate members who shall no normally be eligible for loan assistance from the society. Such membership may be granted on the
following conditions: 1. In
cases where an Associate member who is the wife/husband of a primary member
wants to construct a house in that property of Associate member may be
granted loan taking into account the annual family income of both the husband
and wife, subject to the condition that the primary member shall be
co-executant to the mortgage deed and that the primary member shall take such
number of additional shares as prescribed in the bye laws. 2. In
case where a family member of a primary member of the Society wishes to
depost amount or to join DHS conducted by the society 3. In
case where a primary member ceases to be a member, consequent on his retirement
of relief from Secretariat service, to enable him/her to continue to make
fixed deposit and avail fixed deposit loan, subscribe to DHS and also to
operate the Savings Bank account with the Society |
